Reservation & Payment Policy
Alpha Executive Transport, LLC
Deposits & Payments
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
- Reservations made within 48 hours of the ride require full payment at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service will forfeit the deposit only.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of service are non-refundable.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Payment Methods
- We accept all major credit cards and digital payments.
- Corporate accounts may request monthly invoicing after approval.
Special Events & Peak Dates
- During high-demand periods (e.g. major events, holidays, weddings), Alpha Executive Transport, LLC reserves the right to require full payment upfront and apply adjusted cancellation terms.
Additional Charges
- Wait Time (after 15 minute grace) – $2.50/minute
- 30 Minute Maximum Wait Time
- Late-Night Surcharge (10:00PM – 5:00AM) – +20%
- Holiday Surcharge – +25%
- Cleaning/Damage Fee – $250+ (as applicable)
